The College Quarterly is an academic, peer-reviewed journal published by Seneca College devoted to the examination of college and educational issues and the professional development of college educators.
Originally focused on colleges in Canada but developed to serve the common needs of college educators in North America and worldwide. CQ is a resource for teaching and learning and provides an opportunity for research publication, information about developments of significance to college educators, and commentary on policy issues of concern to the higher education community.

The CICE is an international refereed conference dedicated to the advancement of the theory and practices in education. Over the past decade CICE has developed strong networks of leading researchers and pioneers in educations, worldwide.
CICE-2019 invites research papers for peer review that encompass conceptual analysis, design implementation and performance evaluation. All accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings, and modified versions of selected papers will be published in special issues of peer reviewed journals.
